When will my Boomaband arrive?

As each Boomaband is custom-made, you can expect your Boomaband to arrive approximately 14 business days after you have placed your order.

How do I measure my pets neck?

If you take the actual measurement of your pet’s neck with a finger space to spare then it is a little more precise but the beauty of Boomaband’s velcro tie is that it is so versatile and can accommodate a large range of lengths.
